The company must have a registered office on and at all times thereafter, the fifteenth day of its incorporation. This registered office must be able to receive and acknowledge all correspondence and notices addressed to it. As per the provisions of section 149, 152 and 154 of Companies Act, 2013, every company must have a Board of Directors.
